I feel headache and eye pain, whenever I read small sized letters or work on laptop or phone. It makes me feel very much stressed.

Hello...there are two aspects to ur problem....first being headache on reading small letters...the solution to this is to consult local eye specilist n get ur vision checked....regarding headache on working on laptop is due to computer vision syndrome...the solution to that is to take breaks after 1 hour of computer work....Blink a lot....do cold compresses...use antiglare glasses...use lubricating eyedrop
