Lock down is about to get partly lifted, so you can get glass powers in next few days. Surgery for other eye might have to wait as there are still some restrictions about elective procedures.

You will have to wait till the lockdown is over.

See an eye doctor who would suggest how long can you wait for surgery. He would give you specs too.

Good evening. Unless and until its advanced/complicated (might be an emergency if left untreated) cataract, doctors are not supposed to take up any elective surgeries in this lock down period. As soon as lockdown is lifted or GOI gives relaxation in hospital services, you can get operated under precautions.
Next Steps
Wait till lockdown in early cataract
Health Tips
Can use previous glasses for near vision temporarily
