Yes, in some cases. But no guarantee.  Whenever you notice vision changes, reexamination is required. Old age mean, what? Chalisi,  or presbyopia is one no one could escape. Apart from that, so many conditions could affect one's vision. So don't be so dogmatic about what you say.

Hi Mostly number become stable by 18 to 21 years of age..but there can be exceptions . After 40, u also get reading glasses.
