I am having itching in both eyes every night before sleep, and it doesnot itch throughout the day. What can be the issue. I do not have power in my eyes

May be Allergic conjunctivitis. Pl use occurs ah eye drops, 2drops 3 ties a day. Pl take antihistamines.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
