Any redness ? Having problem in both eye or one eye only?

This could be mainly because of allergies..most likely seasonal allergies. Better to avoid using moxicip eyedrop since it's an antibiotic and it's better to not use it without any doctor 's prescription since that will lead to antibiotic  resistance. You can try cold compression, try using some basic lubricant drops and start taking precautions to avoid dust and other allergens and better to consult an ophthalmologist for further treatment
