I have terrible eye itching along with skin allergy(black marks above the eyes). Whom should I consult an allergist or opthalmologist?

Hello For eye itching : ophthalmologist Black marks usually appear due to allergy also You can wait for eye allergy to subside and see if these black marks also improve Consult dermatologist if these black marks persist Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
