I feel Itching and Redness around my iris eye balls, pain during closing and opening eye lid, pain only occurs on my right eye, but Redness is in both eyes, mainly it occurs during evening time or night

It could be due to over use of system or a laptop, a lubricant drops such as lubrex DS 3times a day can be used for a month along with olopat drops twice a day with genteal eye ointment at bedtime

1.It is an allergic reaction.Avoid dust or any other cosmetic allergen, wear specs if any and only mandatory screen work 2.Don’t rub your eyes 3.Wash them only twice a day in clean running tap water 4.Cold compresses with ice in a clean handkerchief 5.Keep inclined angle between your eyes and screen, dont forget to blink, take rest for 20 sec after 20 minutes of work and avoid direct contact with air from fan blower AC etc.

Olopatadine 0.1% twice a day for two weeks Refresh tears thrice a day for two weeks
