Constantly itching in both eyes with lot of irritation. Redness in eyes also. Inside eyelid a small lesion kind of pimple is also visible, but m not sure if it's a pimple or its normal.

Hello Itching and irritation is suggestive of allergy eye disease Try A cold compresses B  use lubricating eyedrop along with antiallergic drop It's very difficult to comment on nature of pimple without proper examination.Kindly share pic of that pimple
