Beirf background, i have -5. 25,-5.75 eye number. recently I noticed. I am facing one issue. Little lights seems going from right to left whenever I close my eye.. Or in dark. Or sometimes normally when it is open. I faced this for my left eye only. Anything to worry abt.

Hello, I see that you have high myopic refractive error . in such cases sometimes there can be holes in the retina as the retina is very thinned out. Caution is required and I would strongly recommend you to visit an Ophthalmologist. As better safe than sorry!
