Eye irritation, redness and pain

I have been having constant itchiness in my eye since few days. There is redness and pain and vision seems to blur as well. I have tried some home remedies like cold compress but it doesn't seem to help. is there anything I can do at home to reduce this condition as I'm currently not in India and won't be able to visit a doctor immediately.
