Since last 2 months my eyes are looking red, with strong pain and inflammation. Please suggest some solutions.

It looks like u have allergic conjunctivitis not infection. U start with FML eye drops 3 times for a month and olopatadin eye drops 2 times for 3 months. Some times it is also associated with dryness so use some lubricating like refresh liquigel 4 times for a month. Keep 5 min gap between the drops Regards Dr Sajid
