Sir I have a headache in last 4 years. 1 week before I consult eye doctor ,my eye test reports is left eye cylinderical -0.75 in 40 degree axis and Right eye cylinderical-0.50 in 170 degree axis.both eye vision 6/6. so doctor refer to wear a glass . Ok sir this eye problem is curable with foods and eye excersise?

Hello I am sorry but there is no medicine or exercise or diet to get rid of glasses For this small power, glasses are best option
