Floaters are usually nonpathological. If someone minimal inflammation is there then only nevanec will help otherwise not. Please get your fundus examination done. If it is normal then don't worry. Just learn to omit them.

Floaters appear due to condensation of collagen fibrils present in vitreous cavity of eye
These are benign and don't need treatment
Only way to get rid of them is to avoid them
Nevanac will not help much
