I have eye floaters like I can see tiny flies in my eyes,I consulted with doctor,they said no need to worry and it won't be disappear.Was it solution of it? It will be disappear and is it spread more please advice.i am adult

Hello Floaters appear due to condensation of collagen fibrils present in the vitreous cavity of eye These are benign and don't need treatment Only way to get rid of them is to avoid them Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local retina specialist and get retina examined
