hold a pencil in your outstretched hand hold it approx 50 cm from eyes in between the nose and eyes .slowly bring it towards your nose while looking at the pencil. as your hand comes closer ,at a particular distance you observe that the tip of pencil is double. here you squeeze your eyes for few secondsfor 5 minute repeat it several times ie 4 to 5 times a day
