Iam 19 years old .I have been suffering from eye dryness from past two years.i just want to know which one is best cold or hot compress for dryness.is this can be curable or not

Hello I am sorry but there is no permanent cure for dryness Treatment however is possible A. Cold compresses are good B. Warm compresses are advised to treat meibomitis which is a causative factor for dryness
