What you are describing is a typical case of Computer Vision Syndrome. If the problem is only related to screen usage then follow the rule of 20-20-20: after every 20 minutes of continuous screen time, take a break of 20 seconds (that is look away from screen) and look at something which is atleast 20 feet away.
Also make sure you use screen devices with a proper posture and ambient and screen lighting. Generally all devices these days have anti glare screens.
Follow this simple task and u may use any lubricant 3 to 4 times a day daily for a month .
