My girlfriend has been sick for the last month. She started working at a day care at the beginning of December and started getting sick her third day. She finally went to see a dr. A little after New Years And was prescribed antibiotics for her symptoms. She started feeling better until a few days ago when she started coughing so hard that her ribs hurt. She has been doubled over in pain for the last 3 days in tears. Took her to the eye and they gave her hydrocodone homotropine syrup to help

Hello well it seems like she is suffering from lower respiratory tract infection and she definitely requires antibiotics cough syrup and also antihistamine tablets I would suggest you to me the general physician or a pulmonologist in person... thank you
