Extreme jock itching and the area is becoming darker with small swelling patches.I have dry skin and use clean soft underwear as well

Hi .Warm regards. Itching with small swelling patches, Most probable diagnosis is fungal infection specially Tinea cruris. Please consult a female dermatologist and get a detailed work up done. Thank you
