I am having extreme fatigue sleepiness shortness of breath sometimes.. Headache dizziness... Missed peroid for two months? In march my hemoglobin level was 10 i have? It can be cause of iron deficiency? Which redt should i go through? Thyroid level are norml b12 is aso normal

Hemoglobin 10 is not really very low to get dizziness.. you have to rule out many other conditions.. check your Bp from near by physician, proper sleep, avoid stress and tensions, drink plenty of fluids, eat red colour fruits and vegetables and also green leafy.. let your weakness come down.. if any further assistance u can consult me online
