Extreme dryness on eyelids and around th

I am 24 year old female suffering from too much dryness around the eyes. It started 2 weeks ago . I currently apply moisturizer for every 3 hrs .But this is not working out so well.My condition is still not cured and it seems as if this is increasing day by day.What should I do?
