Extra pulmonary Tuberculosis Query

I have extra pulmonary tuberculosis having left pleural effusion. I am in continuous phase of 4th month in ATT I am taking Macox plus 600 and Ecox 1000mg tablets daily now. I have a query like can I continue these two tablets for rest of ATT course(remaining months)? Please advise.
