Sir, I have a problem from last three a very small flesh extension was coming little above the anus.i didn't bothered much but gradually its size was increased but in very little size.but now it has grown a bit big and I don't feel any pain in it when I press the flesh. Yesterday I applied dermicem of ointment on it and now in the morning I feel it has increased a bit more. What should I do sir please advise me. I am attaching the pic also
