I am an aspirant and have to study sitting for long hours due to which I am facing constipation, hard stool from last 15 days and now I have noticed some things. What is this? I am unable to understand it. I am feeling very nervous and am unable to concentrate on my studies. This thick part outside is from 2021. Please guide me and give me proper advice, suggest some cream or medicine. There is no bleeding, no burning, no pain. But after Passing the stool I'm feeling consistent stretching and dul pain.
