One month old External hemorrhoids problem. Tried with piles capsules & piles ointment. No improvement found. Blood coming in stool Pls advice.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You need to take care of your diet. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Have a high fiber diet and exercise daily.  Avoid processed and fermented foods like maida, bread etc. Drink plenty of fluids. Also, it would be better if you get it treated surgically .
