Exterier longus muscle tightening

Whenever i do rigourous dance or walk speedily. I have observed that it tightens side muscles of my lower leg. .once it happened that it became so tight in one leg that i almost couldnt walk. .i had to take painkiller and give cold and hot compression and it normalised after a day. Any idea what would be causing this???

You need good physio and stretching of muscles rather strenthing , kindly avoid strenuous activity as much as possible get good physiotherapy
