Expired eye drop

Thank you for your response Doctor. You had asked me for a picture which I have attached with this. I couldn't find the way to continue my conversation in the last post, so I had to post it again My mother has mistakenly used an eye drop whose seal had been broken almost seven months ago. The eye drop was prescribed by the doctor post her laser surgery when she was diagonised with glaucoma. Following the use of the eye drop, her right eye has swelled up and there is a an uncomfortable itching as if something has stayed within her eye. There is also a subtle pain this morning which was not there last night.Due to the Covid 19 lockdown eye specialists are not easily available. What can we do to relieve her of this pain?

Please initiate online consultation with anybody. Partly posted informations might not be sufficient for anybody to guide you properly. However It looks like allergy/infection due to that drop. Please stop that drop and wash the eyes frequently and do cold compresses by ice.
