If your pain is disturbing your sleep that means it is a serious issue I feel that this could be the beginning of spondylitis and you should urgently consult an orthopaedic doctor or spine surgeon in your area before self treatment and investigation he may advise Xrays and mri and some special blood tests to rule out spondylitis
Till you consult someone try improving your back posture by sleeping either on the right side or on the back and keep pillow below your knees to relax your back muscles
Don't lift heavy weights and don't forward bend till you see a doctor
