Expecting pregnancy

My LMP is Mar 30 and i got ovulated on 16th or 17th day as per follicular study, i was in contact with my husband on 16th day. Now for past 4 or 5 days i have lower back pain, pain around breast, at times pain in lower left abdomen and today i have calf pain and feeling very tired. Can i expect pregnancy and if so, when can i check for pregnancy.. Thank you.
