Can exotropia be treated without surgery? Help pls.. My left eyeball is moving away from nose.. .Any ways to prevent it? What is the cause of exotropia?

If you have uncorrected refractive error, exotropia may occur...wear spectacles may reduce exotropia... Can consult a squint specialist

If you have uncorrected refractive error you will have exotropia which can be corrected by Spectacles if minimal. Other exotropias needs complete evaluation by squint specialist.

Hi, You'll need complete eye exam by local squint specialist.  Some exotropia can be corrected by glasses as well.

You have to be done squint work up.Depending up on the results,,surgery can be done.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
