Hello! Sir considering your age and the degenerative disease that has developed, I would advice you to please take physiotherapy treatment in person. There you would feel better as electrotherapy and other supportive modalities would help. There are some techniques which a physiotherapist can do. For your self I would advise you to first put a towel soaked in warm water and dried over your neck and shoulder. Leave it for some time and then repeat this process 4 to 5 times. It would relax your soft tissues of the cervical region. Then first, slowly perform neck bending, taking the head back without closing eyes, moving your head first to the right and then left. Do these for 10 times. Then take your hand and place it at the forehead, with very slight force with your hand on the forehead, do forward movement with your head and neck. Repeat similarly for the back. Do these five to ten times.
For scoliosis again, after completing the neck exercises, do some stretching for your upper back by sitting upright in a chair, placing both hands on the lap, and then try bending your back tracing your hands down on the legs.
Please it is my advice to visit a physiotherapist.
Start wearing cervical collar. Try avoiding sitting in a single posture for long. Try keeping proper head and neck posture and keep moving in between.
