Mostly for 4 to 6 weeks , very heavy work out like lifting heavy weights, or anything which increase pressure should be avoided .
Cardio,walking, jumping, running should be ok..
Burpees, plank etc. Forceful exercises, u can avoid for some more time , just to be on safer side. Tissue scarring n strengthening takes 6 weeks.
Best would be to visit your doc after 6 weeks , check the lasered holes and then go back to normal routine activities.
