Exercise after wisdom tooth removal

I just got my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. Have to wait 48 hours to resume a normal diet, how much time typically should I give before resuming exercise as well. I have a fixed training for an upcoming marathon hence the query. Thanks in advance.
