What is the size of nodes a d ..since how many days were u having them.. Can u attach scan report .. It may be easier to decide ultrasound guided biopsy or excision biopsy.. By the way both will be done under anesthesia with well managed pain..don worry Go for test soon

You can always do a USG Guided Biopsy or FNAC... There are specific indications of Excision Biopsy.
