I have this problem of excessive sweating on my hands,face and palm from quite a long time i don't know how to control it even when i am sitting under fan i have sweat on my palms and it cause problem when i am writing my exams because it wet my answer sheet and it also makes me look fearful and gives negative impact if i am going for interview or meeting someone so if there is something i can do abt it plz let me know about it..and i guess its beacause i have anxiety i feel uncomfortable in public is it because of that..and hkw to fix it.
