Hello, I get excited very easily even a small thought leads to erection and pre cum starts flowing. I wipe it through using towel or tissue or sometime wash with plane water. But after sometime it leads to burning sensation while passing the urine and frequent urge to urinate. I have tried Cital syrup and antibiotics which gives temporarily relief but again when I am excited the problem reoccurs. Kindly help me and advice if any medication available for this problem.
