Have been having ingrowth problem in legs below the knees, since 3-4 years, only getting worse with time. Hair is very thick and grows 1-2 inch deep under the skin, trapped between the epidermis. Not the usual just below the surface hair which can be removed by a tweezer. Have tried regular exfoliation, scrubbing, nothing worked. Don't shave at all, only waxing but hair is very thick. Dont have this problem anywhere else.
