You seem to be suffering from Acute Telogen effluvium.  This usually occurs after an acute illness like typhoid / dengue / corona etc. This is usually self limiting and hair fall can resolve in about 3 months.  However sometimes this may be worse due to other causes of hair fall like hormonal imbalance and nutritional deficiencies.  In such cases it's advisable to see a qualified dermatologist especially if hair fall is severe and persistent.  Even use of peptide based serums under prescription is helpful in some patients.  Hope this helps!
