Please help me with some suggestions how to control hair fall? I am living in Noida and here water is very hard. Whenever i put my hand in my hair, approx 15-20 hair come in my hands... It's getting worse day by day. I am not eating any medicines, non smoker, non drinker! Please help 🥺
