Excessive gas formation

I have excessive gas formation after pregnancy. Usually happens after taking food.I have tried various kind of gas medicines but of no use. It's been an year and i am still suffering these symptoms.

avoid spicy and fatty foods avoid milk and milk products except curd avoid citrus fruits drink more water regular physical activity

Avoid spicy and nonveg foods.and oily , sugarrich food eat fruits salads and vegetables drink plenty of water curd and buttermilk eat small frequent meals and avoid large meals don't lie immediately after having food
