I have excessive gas formation after pregnancy. Usually happens after taking food.I have tried various kind of gas medicines but of no use. It's been an year and i am still suffering these symptoms.
Avoid spicy and nonveg foods.and oily , sugarrich food
eat fruits salads and vegetables
drink plenty of water curd and buttermilk
eat small frequent meals and avoid large meals
don't lie immediately after having food
