Hi,I need more details like your height etc.to be able to help you better. To lose weight follow a healthy lifestyle and fitness pattern. Do cardio exercise atleast 40 mins daily. Do not skip breakfast and have a light dinner. Eat every 2 hours. Have more fruits. Drink atleast 3 liters of water daily. Avoid suagr, deep fried and maida products.
