Excessive diarrhea issues

A doggie in our compound who is only 3 months old is currently facing excessive diarrhea issues, along with loss of appetite and is not eating for the past 3 days. We are giving glucose and Antibiotics and other medicines but still wanted an opinion as to what is gone wrong with her. Her stools were bloody, luckily they're not anymore still its liquid based... She is not eating anything so please advise during this stage, what is the best medicine and food that can be given to her at the earliest. Please help me as I hate to see her in this desperate state :(

I agree that intravenous fluid therapy is urgently required to save the puppy. So rush to a vet hospital nearby.
