Excess precum problem

When sexually excited and during foreplay i release a lot of precum...this is since last 2-3 months post i had the strep throat problem. This excess precum makes me feel uncomfortable and also to my partner. Not sure if this is because of the antibiotics i used to take during the throat issue, or weakened muscles which control the flow of precum. Please advise how to reduce or stop the precum flow. Thanks
