Excess milk supply causing pain

Hi I have got nipple crack and nipple infection. So i am expressing milk using feeding pump. But it is not completely emptying the milk. Baby got used to bottle feed the expressed milk. He is not latching and crying when i force him. Due to more milk production am getting pain in breasts due to heaviness. Can someone help me how to empty milk and relieve pain. Note that i have just started weaning process.

Take care of your nipple , use Nipcare ointment.. Regarding excess milk causing pain since you have started the weaning process is the need for you to manually express the breast milk every 2 to 3 days when you are not feeding..
