Hi Dear It is advised that you take frequent breaks within your study schedule specially at the time of exams. You know you have come here with a lot of hard work and with stress you will start forgetting what you have learnt. So plan your schedule, try and finish your syllabus few days before so that you have good time to revise. Go for morning walks or some exercise and practice deep breathing exercise with it( for better understanding and demonstration visit a psychologist). Write down your thoughts when you are stressed so that you release it somewhere Keep talking to your loved ones so that they are aware of your health. All the best!

I think studying  to come  first  is causing  you the stress. You are no more a normal school  student dear.  You are a professional,  who is shortly going to be responsible  for others life. Hence, study towards the purpose  of servicing​ for people, rather than proving  to the people. I understand the difficulty in getting  the MD seat. And,  yet,  your Intention of serving the people  will get you there.
