Respected Madam, I am suffering from last 8 months that my eustachian tube is blocked.I always heared crackling sound in my both ears which is very very irritating. Please help me How to open Eustachian tube properly. Please help

If nasal decongestant sprays don't help, you will need to undergo Balloon Dilatation of your Eustachian Tubes
