I have to do ear piercings of my 6 years old son. Would anyone suggest me any safe numbing cream that I can apply to his ear before piercing?

Hii.. Use prilox cream before 45 min of piercing Apply prilox cream more and massage lightly and leave it 45 min and can get piercing
