Sir recently i have done endoscopy where I have Hiatus, prolapsing gastropathy GD A ESOPHAGITIS.. WHAT DOES MEAN...please clear the doubt.. Thanking you...
Endoscopy means direct visualization by using a special telescope.
Stomach has 2 ends with valves to ensure one way traffic, means that the food once goes down can't come up
Top end is esophagus where stomach starts to churn the food
Other end is duodenum which makes sure that the churned and mixed food passes towards small intestine, gets absorbed by the lining and waste is passed out towards large intestine

esophagitis means inflammation of esophagus, means that acid from stomach is coming up crossing the lock as a one way barrier which doesn't happen in Normal digestion process.
proplapsing gastropathy means that the stomach ( gastric) is affected by the load or being empty for long time and has shifted from place,or fallen down

endoscopy is a finding and Not Treatment
follow instructions for diet and take a course of antibiotics if not taken so far
get deworming done with tablet Albendazole and a course of Metrogyl if not taken so far
