Sir i have esophagitis and erosive gastritis past one year i am doing pawanmuktasana and kapabathi daily for past ten days my esophagus burning and two hours once hungry i am taking razo 20 daily morning emty stomach yoga will irritate esophagus i continue yoga or not how many days take to heal esophagitis

I suggest getting a repeat endoscopy done since you are getting burning when you are hungry. May be an ulcer. In the meanwhile continue razo, avoid spicy food and oily food
