Erosive gastritis

I have diagnosed with erosive gastritis few months back and in next 10 days the medicine my gastroenterologist gave will be over. So my question is how may i know my gastritis is healed or not..

It is difficult to comment that in days erosive gastritis is healed or not,Stop using red chilli n pepper in ur food for at least a month n try drinking cold milk in night,I know it is chilling cold but then cold milk will give u soothing effect n help in subsiding gastritis also
